"Makes grocery trips a little easier"
I’ve been using Ibotta while grocery shopping, and I like that it’s clear about what counts and what doesn’t. The offer details usually spell out the brand, size, limits, all that stuff, so I’m not standing in the cereal aisle squinting at a label like I’m solving a mystery. I usually check it in the parking lot or while I’m wandering around with my cart and coffee. It just makes the whole shopping trip a little less annoying. Smooth overall.

My Ibotta account got deactivated out of nowhere, and honestly... I was annoyed at first. I sent in a support ticket and it took a little while, but they looked into it and got me back in. My rebates were still there too, which was a relief. Not the smoothest start, but they handled it fairly... so I’m giving 5 stars.

"Transfer Took Longer Than Expected"
The bank transfer was slow, to be honest. I get that these things can take time and I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but it definitely took longer than I expected.

I usually use Ibotta after my grocery runs, and the receipt scanning has been reliable. Most of the time it picks up my items quickly, so I can’t complain too much. Every now and then it acts like it didn’t see something that’s clearly on the receipt, which is a little suspicious, but I usually just retry once and it goes through. Overall, no major issues...

"Easy cash back without another headache"
I’m kind of tired of having to juggle a million rewards apps and coupon programs, but Ibotta has been painless so far. I like that I can still use store coupons and get cash back on top of them. It worked fine for me at Walmart and Kroger, and stacking deals was actually simple. No weird hassle yet, which I appreciate.

"Quick Fix, But I Was Expecting an Apology"
I had an issue where one of my cash back offers didn’t show up, so I reached out to ibotta support. I figured it would take a few days, but they got back to me way faster than I expected and asked for my receipt info. Once I sent it over, they fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. I do wish there had been a little apology for the mix-up, but overall it was easy, and the support person was nice about it...

Right away, I liked that Ibotta actually shows when offers expire. It makes it way easier to avoid missing out. My quick take is that some deals still feel like they disappear a little too fast, but overall it’s simple to understand and helps me plan my shopping without much hassle

"Reliable and Easy to Use"
I’ve been using Ibotta for a while now, it’s been a really dependable app for me. It opens quickly, my offers load without issues, and I haven’t had problems with crashing like I’ve experienced with some other apps. Uploading receipts is simple too. Every now and then it takes a minute to process, but overall it’s stable, easy to use, and does exactly what I expect it to do.

Mine got approved in like ten minutes, so that part was no issue. I just wish they had been clearer upfront, because the way it was presented made me feel a bit misled about what to expect.

I’ve been using Ibotta mostly for groceries and the occasional online order, the cash back does add up after a while. Some trips it’s only a few cents, but other times I’ll get a couple bucks back on things I was already planning to buy. I do have to check the app before shopping, which can feel a little unnecessary sometimes, but it’s quick enough that I don’t mind. Payouts have gone through fine for me, so overall it’s been worth using.

I’ve been using Ibotta for a bit and finally decided to cash out to PayPal. i figured it might take a couple days, but the money showed up quickly — same day for me. No hassle, no random extra steps, and nothing confusing. It went straight into my PayPal and I was able to use it right away. Simple process and it worked exactly like it should
